Are your friends your friends no matter what?

People say that your friends are ALWAYS your friends no matter what. I give that a 1. [which means I strongly disagree with that]. I don't think that your friend are your friends no matter what because, well there are tons of examples why I don't think that is true. Like for one example, and this is the most used to end friendships, RUMORS. You know how your friend says, "You are my BFF no matter what!" Boy, was she wrong. After she said that, she trusts you enough to tell you a secret. She tells you that she likes this boy everyone knows. And she also told you NOT TO TELL ANYONE. So, after a while, you think,"It won't be that bad if I tell my friend." So you tell her not to tell anyone, and then she does the same thing, and now the secret is all over the school, all because of you. You're not a trustworthy person at all.  So your BFF finds out, and asks, "who spread my secret?" And the friend you first told, is pointing to you, saying, "She did!" And guess what? BFF girl turns to you, in tears, shouting,"WE ARE NOT BFFS ANYMORE!!" And runs away. You see, friends can not be, or are not your friends no matter what in these kind of situations and more. Friendships can end at the snap of a finger whether if it's rumors, drugs, car accidents, and many more. So that is why I do not agree.
