P.E. Really!?

P.E. is good for public schools. Other people might have different opinions on P.E. and if it's good or bad for schools. My opinion is that P.E. is good for kids in public schools. There are many reasons why P.E. is good for schools like it helps kids with physical endurance and to help kids get in some exercise so they don't get over weight etc...

P.E. is very important also. This article  tells you about P.E. and why it is good for kids and how it helps kids know why P.E. is good for them. Every school has P.E. for many reasons. Some students don't like when they have to do P.E. because they don't like to exercise daily and some don't like to run a lap or the mile. Others just don't like it at all but they don't have reasons why they don't like it they just say they don't.

Some kids might like to do P.E. more if there were more activities. Some kids say there P.E. classes need more activities in there P.E. classes like add some other sports that kids might like. Most P.E. classes have basketball, racket baseball, and volley ball. Sometimes they let kids pay racket baseball or flag football. If they let kids choose what they want to play instead of telling them what there playing they might enjoy P.E. a little more. I don't really know why it matters what you play or what activities you do in P.E because it's good for kids to play different sports or activities.

Some people think things in P.E. should not be played like dodge ball. A lot of people say dodge ball is bad for kids and it traumatizes kids. Others say that dodge ball is good for kids and helps them learn to be self-confident.

P.E. is very important so schools should have it every day at school. The more kids do P.E. the better they will be. There are many advantages for kids to do be. They will have a better physical endurance and physical motivation.

Some kids get motivated in P.E. when they have competitions with other classes. Also when they have different sports to play and activities they enjoy doing.
